    We currently have an excellent opportunity for a driven and passionate individual who is ready to step into a commercial role to join our Clinical Diagnostics team.

    Reporting to the Pacific Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts in New Zealand, predominantly on the North Island

    With support and training you will be responsible for designing and successfully implementing a sales management plan, exceeding customers' needs and expectations as well as meeting and exceeding sales targets in an established territory.

    Responsibilities include :

  • Building relationships with the key opinion leaders to promote the Bio-Rad branding and product awareness throughout the territory;
  • Timely maintenance of the customer data base;
  • Participation in industry conferences;
  • Working with the Pacific Sales Manager and Product Managers to expand business in core areas.
  • To be successful in this position you will require :

  • Tertiary Science Degree in related discipline or clinical laboratory experience;
  • Experience in blood banking or quality control management systems desirable
  • Experience at building and maintaining strong customer relationships;
  • Proactive and passionate about maintaining a high standard of customer service;
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills & technical skills;
  • Understanding of installations and training requirements.
  • Previous sales experience in a clinical diagnostics company is highly desirable.
