Finance Administrator - Contract

Your new company

Our client is one of New Zealand's most relevant activists, providing legal assistance and services amongst all the country.

On a daily basis, you will be contributing back to society and get a chance to learn the ins and outs of working for a company near and dear to many Kiwi citizens.

Your new role

As finance administrator, you will be covering a holiday leave commencing around the 16th of September. You will be working closely with the Finance Manager and be responsible for end to end accounts payable, receivables, and administration utilising Technology 1.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed, you will have experience working

  • End to end AP utilising Technology 1
  • Processing of invoices, low or high volume
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Payment Runs
  • Administrative experience
  • Experience using Technology 1 is highly advantageous.
