Job Advert : About the OpportunityBP has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, autonomous, highly risk adverse individual within a Commercial Property Manager position.

The property portfolio includes service stations, truck stops, terminals and corporate offices including both leased sites as well as management of tenants on company-

owned properties. The core role of Property Manager is to manage the property portfolio across to maintain BP license to operate to ensure strong commercial outcomes.

We keep NZ moving with hundreds of service stations across the country. We also run fuel terminals for the trucking industry and are a key provider of fuel to the NZ Government.

The way we manage our property portfolio is critical to our success and continued operations, so join our team and help keep NZ moving!As a Property Manager at BP you will add value to the business through delivering the following key accountabilities : Manage and oversee the property database along with BP’s property partners.

Initiate and manage rent reviews and lease renewals. Implement sub-lease rent reviewsMaintain working relationships with all BP sub-

tenants at our Retail and Terminal locationsEnsure annual spend is in line with rental budget (annual lease & outgoings commitments circa $13m)Implement property strategy to ensure strategic sites are secured for the long-
