Fujitsu New Zealand is the home of one of the leading MS Dynamics ERP practices in the country. We are looking for an experienced ERP professional to join us to provide consulting for engaging new business, pre-sales and ongoing, shared Account Management and product support.

While we have implementations across a wide range of industry sectors, we specialise in agriculture, with developed Business Central solutions in this space - MeatPro, FoodPro and Agriware.

The primary purpose of this role is to support the Principle, Functional and Financial ERP consultants and solution specialists within the ERP team, to jointly deliver Business Central implementations across Oceania.

Reporting to the MS ERP Practice Lead, your key responsibilities include :

Involvement in pre-sales activities for Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions

Contribution to Fujitsu ERP solution enhancements (primarily MeatPro and FoodPro)

Customer Delivery, Support and Relationship Building, as well as providing support to other member of the ERP team

Maintaining your own technical skills to enable updating of procedural documentation, writing functional or technical specifications, and input into project costings and costing reviews

Thought leadership and sharing (with overall team) relating to Business Central-related technology developments, versions and releases.

Building your own path to success :

In order to thrive in this role, we would envisage you having :

A strong background in working successfully in the Modern Microsoft Dynamics ERP space. Ideally experience with both Business Central and Finance and Operations.

Extensive corporate sector experience, ideally in the primary industries (Meat / Horticulture), or at a minimum in Manufacturing or Food industries, utilities, projects or discrete manufacturing sectors

Substantial knowledge of accounting, costing, general business processes and the functions performed by ERP applications

A good understanding of the functional components of ERP systems including financials, logistics, inventory, manufacturing, planning, projects, SaaS, integration with CRM, website and E-business solutions

Account Management, Customer Relationship, Service Delivery and Issue Resolution experience

General understanding of Project Management methodology including scope, schedules and risk management

Accreditation for current Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Release Level and any certifications as directed

Working knowledge or upskilling as required in relation to other Fujitsu solutions or third party applications including, but not limited to : Fujitsu MeatPro / FoodProMprise AgriwareVerosoft TAGContiniaPower BIJet Reports / Jet EnterprisePower AppsJira (for issue and defect management)SQL Databases, Azure hosting, Web ServicesBusiness Central licencing
