Taylor Centre provides a multi-disciplinary, recovery focussed service for clients living in Central Auckland. The Care and Recovery Service provides a comprehensive range of therapeutic treatment options in collaboration with service users, their families / whānau, local communities and the Multi-Disciplinary Team within the CMHC.
This is achieved through the assessment and management of the complex health needs of service users, with the provision of effectively planned care that supports them to manage their overall healthcare needs.
This is an opportunity to be a part of a service that will support excellent clinical care into the future, as well as offering the chance to develop your existing Mental Health knowledge and nursing skills in an established and multidisciplinary work environment.
Applicants will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and an understanding of the community keyworker role.
This is ideal for a Mental Health professional who has experience and skills working with people from a range of cultural backgrounds.
You will be a registered Mental health Professional (Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist) and have current Annual Practising Certificate.
A current Annual Practising Certificate and a full and clean NZ driver's licence are essential requirements. Experience within a community mental health setting would be beneficial.
