Registered Nurse - Radiology

Radiology is a specialised nursing field with a variety of modalities needing nursing assessment, intervention, assistance and guidance.

We have a short-term contract available to a nurse with excellent assessment, cannulation and communication skills to assist in the CT scanning and assist with minor procedures within the department.

If you have Radiology experience, then your skills may be used in the other modalities within the department. Radiology is an exciting field to work in, with ongoing advancement of technologies increasing our range of diagnostic and interventional capabilities.

Shifts are between the hours of 0730 - 2100hrs Monday to Friday.

The majority of the work is in the CT Scanning suite which has a modern machine capable of producing high speed scans. It is supported by a multi-disciplinary team of Radiologists, Radiographers, orderlies, and clerical staff.
