The Opportunity This is an exciting time to join our Marketing team based in Auckland as our Marketing Coordinator to support the company’s marketing initiatives.
This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to our Marketing Manager who is excited for you to join the team and will be a great mentor with many years of experience to impart.
The role will have a strong focus on using digital tools and platforms to support customers and build Iplex as one of the industry’s best-known brands.
You will also be assisting with event planning and coordination as well as general administration duties within the department.
About you This role will suit someone who has the passion and enthusiasm for marketing in a role with lots of variety. Experience in a similar industry or role would be advantageous, however we are open minded.
More important to us is having the right attitude and fit within our team and culture, and ability to swiftly pick up relevant product and technical knowledge, confidently navigate through our digital tools and platforms, and be familiar with creative processes.
Ideally, you are customer-focused, a natural at building relationships with a diverse group of people and possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
You will be self-motivated, organised, be comfortable managing multiple demands and willing to go the extra mile. Also, you pay great attention to detail, be resilient and solution-minded when faced with challenges.
Formal qualifications in Marketing or equivalent will be preferred, however not essential. We have team members working in manufacturing and distribution in Palmerston North, Christchurch, and Ashburton, with our commercial head office based in Auckland.
