About this role :

In this current economic environment we have seen businesses pivot to a point where they are now leveraging technology more then ever to ensure they remain profitable and ahead of their competition.

An opportunity for a Senior IT / Tech Recruitment Consultant has arisen due to our existing client base transforming via leveraging technology as well as a desire for the business to be well positioned to grow and consolidate our position as a go to agency for IT / Tech and Digital talent.

You will be responsible for growing our footprint across the IT / Tech vertical and you will be comfortable engaging at all levels of a business in search of opportunities (Programme Management, Head of, CxO,GM, Software Development Manager etc etc).

You will have the opportunity to recruit across a variety of domains and you will be happy working both perm and contract roles.

When working across these opportunities you will understand how to manage yourself and prioritise your workload to give yourself the best chance to place candidates.

What you'll be doing :

You'll be working within a high performing team who have built strong reputations for delivery in the NZ market.

Ideally you will have at least 3 years plus as an IT / Technology recruiter with a broad knowledge of different job families within the technology spectrum.

You will need to be self managing and be comfortable with setting targets to ensure you are giving yourself the best opportunity to be as successful as possible.

Your role will include :

  • Searching for new business opportunities
  • Sourcing the best IT and Digital talent for your role in conjunction with our highly talented Talent Managers
  • Maintaining Database (Jobadder)
  • High commitment to delivery
