As part of our Technology Enterprise Group you would enhance and support solutions which are accessed on farm and critical to our dairy farmer customers' daily milking operations.
With 5+ years' experience as a Senior Developer / Engineer you will utilise your leadership skills within an Agile software development team.
Your experience with Cobol, Unix and DB2 will enable you to create and drive the adoption of best practice industry standards in software development and ensure high quality deliverables.
You will demonstrate strong skills in mentoring, coaching and leadership and be prepared to upskill our Custom Systems development team.
Experience with Cobol, Unix and DB2 is a must. Experience with Java and SQL would be an advantage.
You will also have the ability to look at the wider picture to understand and anticipate the effect of what you do on future development.
This role requires you to be an adaptable team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, busy environment.
You must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
