What would you be doing?
Due to continued growth, our Consulting practice team has a number of exciting projects underway with some of New Zealand’s leading organisations, supporting on strategy articulation right through to business change and implementation.
We are looking for business process architects to join our growing team to support large-scale transformation projects. Specifically we are looking for people skilled in the art of leading requirements elaboration, process architecture design and business process mapping.
Based in Wellington, you will play a key role in client facing teams supporting future-state design and business integration activities.

You’ll have opportunities to build your cultural competence by learning about Te Ao Māori world view as well as understanding a network of cultures from all around the world.
What do you need to bring to the role?
You’ll be able to help clients improve their business performance through structured, rigorous consulting projects. You’ll have experience in enterprise transformation, architecture governance, technology implementation and project leadership skills, coupled with exceptional communication skills.
You’ll have the ability to guide, advise, and impart information (some very sensitive in nature) with utmost tact and respect.
Your toolkit will include :
Strong client relationship management skills with confidence to engage at senior executive or board level
Strong ability to influence key internal stakeholders and build internal relationships
Experience at a senior level coaching and mentoring teams
Excellent technical competency in industry and functional areas
Strong written and oral communication skills
Well-developed facilitation skills
Qualification in one or more : OMG, ABPMP, IIBA, TOGAF, ArchiMate, Zachman, Lean Six Sigma, Prince 2
A high level of energy and motivation with a desire to achieve
