Your new role;
Working with the factory team to compile and update data
Meet with all line leaders to identify, organise and collate available Job Break Down Guides
Work with line leaders (or nominated team members) to identify all gaps, inaccurate and out-of-date Job Breakdown Guides
Co-ordinate the updating of Job Breakdown Guides - including typing and formatting them, arranging for them to be checked, tested and signed off
Update QMS with all revised / updated documents
Compile summary of Skills Assessments spreadsheet
Compile training plan spreadsheet
What we require from you;
Skilled computer user in Word and Excel
Good communicator, verbally and in writing
Ability to plan and organise
Can follow guidance but also work independently
