While our Digital offering grows at a rapid pace, we are currently looking for exceptional, multi-talented Digital Experience Analysts to help us deliver those unbeatable digital experiences that our customers love.

In this role, you will be part of one of our cross-functional, autonomous squads that are aligned to product sets within the bank.

These squads are empowered to make decisions on how they build and deliver these experiences and ensure that our customers continue to love them.

You will get to work with a range of people and teams across Digital, Technology and ASB. We believe that by collaborating, building our skills and communicating fantastically, we will be an even more awesome and connected digital tribe -

having fun and changing the world. From customer awareness, to analysis and documentation, to implementation, this role will ensure a holistic view of the digital experience within an online environment.

In this fantastic role you will :

  • Get knee-deep in solving real, complex business problems by collaborating closely with UX specialists and your squad to design and deliver compelling digital user experiences
  • Analyse problems and opportunities and translate business requirements into user stories
  • Be responsible for consulting with stakeholders and end users to elicit detailed requirements
  • Create process flow maps and produce initial UX designs to meet and understand customer expectations.
  • Ensure that solutions meet customer requirements
  • Along with your energetic personality, to be successful in this role you will :

  • Enjoy working collaboratively and be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge and passion for analysing experiences across Digital's products and services
  • Have extensive experience in a delivery focused role within a digital environment
  • Have experience in an agile environment
  • Be a natural communicator
  • Be comfortable dealing with ambiguity as well as being adept at multitasking
  • Enjoy working with people and will show a real determination to understand their specific requirements and ultimately contribute to the successful delivery of technology projects

    The location for this role is split between our technology hub in Albany (open plan, fully equipped with a badminton court, gym and awesome collaborative work spaces) and North Wharf (state of the art building with incredible views overlooking the water).
