The Role

Reporting to the Branch Operator at our Pakuranga branch, this role offers a great blend of sales and account management.

Most of your time will be spent out on the road ensuring regularity of contact so you can be ahead of the game and provide solutions for a well-established portfolio of residential builders.

There is also plenty of opportunity to build your network and identify new business, establish relationships and manage the sales process from start to finish.

You will be supported by the wider team to succeed and be given the autonomy to use your initiative and challenge the status quo while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

About You : You will play a lead role in capturing sales opportunities across your portfolio therefore your passion for building rapport and long-lasting customer relationships is an absolute must! You’re a driven and experienced sales professional offering a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role in the building industry.

In addition to this, you will also need to the demonstrate the following -

  • Highly self-motivated and outcome driven
  • Calm under pressure and focused on the bigger picture
  • Ability to communicate at all levels in a professional manner
  • Diligent and commercially astute
  • Exceptional time management / organisational skills
