The Role : We are seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic Customer Centre Administrator to join our team based in Auckland. This role is a rare mix of administration, customer service, helpdesk and Customer Centre Program coordination.
It's a very diverse and rewarding role that is crucial to the day to day coordination of our Customer Centre programmes for our clients.
You will be responsible for : On-boarding and off boarding of client’s employeesManaging and resolving tickets assigned to you via our ticketing system.
Working with client’s multiple departments to ensure timely access for new employees to company-wide applications and network drivesResponsible for Continuous Improvement of our existing on boarding processes and proceduresContribute to the team effort by assisting other team members to ensure a high level of quality is delivered to all our customersWe are looking for someone who : Has worked in a professional IT Services environmentBrings strong customer service skills and experienceHas strong attention to detailHas previous experience in an Administration / Support roleHas Microsoft desktop operating systems and desktop applications experienceHas highly developed interpersonal and communication skillsHas exceptional organisational and time management skillsHas a technical mind capable of asking logical questionsHas a passion for great customer serviceApplicant for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
