One of our clients is looking for a Team Lead - MS engineer who will be responsible for device lifecycle

management, technology roadmap development as well as the proactive assessment of the IT environment to

simplify and improve the user experience as part of the continuous improvement process.

The role will report to the MS Operations Manager and will also be the first point of contact for executive users

requiring IT support. The Team Lead - MS engineer will lead VIP support and assist with the prioritisation and

resolution of problems across the environment.

NOTE : You Must be NZ Resident or Citizen to apply for this roleYou Must have a valid NZ Drivers LicenseDomestic traveling will be required What we want from you : Senior technologist with a deep understanding of end-user device technologies in large corporate environmentsStrong customer service skillsGood understanding of ITIL / service management processes and proceduresProblem analysis and resolution skills with a strong focus on incident management, problem management and continuous service improvementExperience with end-user device management and roadmap developmentComfortable working at all levels of an organisation including providing IT support to senior executivesBe responsible for device lifecycle and for the development of roadmaps for the in-scope technology and in alignment with overall our client’s strategy.

Ownership and investigation of faults, the development of processes to mitigate the recurrence of faults and proactive assessment of the environment to simplify the user experience.
