You’ll be joining the Commercial services team based at our Grafton site who share Auckland DHB’s values to welcome , to respect one another, to work together and to always aim high .
In this brand new Senior Management role your focus will be overseeing the Auckland DHB Food Service which provides patient meals across a range of healthcare settings and for a variety of dietary requirements.
The role comprises active contract management to ensure contractual compliance, cultivation of internal and external stakeholder relationships, as well as development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives and key performance indicators.
You have demonstrated experience managing large, complex food contracts and operational service delivery in a similar large scale environment, you are solution driven and customer-centric in your approach and your values will align with ours.
You will be part of a high performing, tight knit and supportive team who all have a common passion, care and enthusiasm for delivering a high quality experience and outcome for our stakeholders.
