How will you help?Our Consumer Segments tribe aims to provide customers with outstanding digital and customer experiences in the moments that matter to them financially.
We are looking for a commercially astute and customer-centric Senior Product Manager to work across this area of our business, supporting our Tribe Lead and the various squads to deliver best customer outcomes.
This is a key senior role with a broad scope. You will identify customer needs, monitor external market trends and help develop and deliver propositions and recommendations to drive competitive advantage and growth across a number of different areas.
Key responsibilities for this role will include : Supporting the Tribe Lead in the setting and delivery of outcomes across the Consumer Segments service offering.
Development and execution of relevant, highly differentiated customer value propositions aimed at delivering customer value and driving business success in our chosen segmentsIdentifying target segments and developing a deep understanding of customer needs and insights, working alongside the customer experience, product, digital and marketing teams to support proposition development and customer communication.
Leveraging digital channels for continued engagement and ongoing communication with customers.Champion improvements in customer experience by identifying and reducing pain points.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need : At least five years’ experience in financial product or marketing management, with a strong understanding of banking flows, products, systems and customer.
Broad commercial acumen and ability to determine how to best use commercial levers to drive results.A sound overview of the current banking landscape (trends, challenges, opportunities, etc) and experience generating real, relevant insightsKnowledge and experience in proposition designAn agile mindset you’re adaptable to change, collaborative, maintain a focus on continuous improvement and delivery of business and customer valueStrong Stakeholder engagement skillsUnderstanding of risk in processes and in particular customer riskGrowth mindset to develop skills and knowledge that are both deep and broad (T-
shaped) to contribute to team deliveryStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver compelling business propositions to senior leaders within the bank.
