The Opportunity :
We work with two closely linked Agency clients, who form part of a group of companies involved in offering solutions for marketers.
One of these agencies specializes in producing top quality video content, designed to engage consumers through powerful visual storytelling across multiple media touchpoints.
They have created some of the most successful platforms in NZ, with strengths across Health and FMCG markets.
Without a doubt you would recognise their work. (Food in a Minute, Family Health Diary, etc).
The other Agency is an award-winning, insights and customer experience agency. In addition to custom project and consulting work, they have developed a range of data and insights products that they provide to clients in New Zealand, Australia, and overseas markets.
Both these agencies work in the same building and share many common resources .and that is where you come in.
They are keen to share the services of a talented Lead Generator, who will focus on generating warm business leads for their sales teams to follow up.
As the Lead Generator, it will your responsibility to research and contact targeted new business Prospects, engage, make your pitch, (which will change depending on what campaign you are working on), and establish their interest, ensuring a well-qualified lead for the sales team.
We envisage that this role will be performed over 30 hours a week, where your time will be split across the two agencies.
Initially you will join their Grey Lynn office, where you will receive all the training you need, but later down the track, you will be able to have some flexibility, with a hybrid arrangement, working from home for some of your time, if so desired.
The Role :
Work with the team, to develop and understand new client sales initiatives and campaigns.
Create and refine your pitch, demonstrating the benefits to the Prospect.
Research target businesses from provided industry information, inbound marketing leads, Prospect lists, discovery, and individual research.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential Prospects and decision makers.
Making outbound calls to generate qualified new sales leads.
Qualify the Prospects interest and set up appointments for the sales team
Perform prospecting activities via other platforms, such as email and LinkedIn
Conduct a needs analysis and determine Prospects pain points to determine future campaigns
Manage the sales pipeline, building Prospect relationships, with follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales pipeline
Respond as necessary to requests from Prospects,
Manage data for new and prospective clients within HubSpot, logging all information
Prepare and analyse sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
About You :
Previous Lead Generation experience necessary
Highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources
Enthusiastic to work with wider team to create lead generation campaigns
Analyses effectiveness of pitch. Able to make constructive changes, or remove roadblocks
Uses appropriate interpersonal styles & communication methods to build rapport with Prospects
Absolutely no call reluctance
Confident in your own ability to engage and hold conversations with decision makers
Able to organise, prioritise and manage multiple activities, points of contact and connections at different stages in the sales pipeline.
Adapts well to changing priorities, deadlines, and directions.
Tenacious, enthusiastic, positive, have a Make it happen attitude
Experienced generating leads for a non-tangible solution.
The Rewards :

An hourly rate of $32 - $35, plus bonus
