    About the Opportunity :

    Our Operations team within our Digital Solutions business is seeking an experienced Client Communications professional. In this role you’ll help drive a new Client Communications team for our online banking, mobile and security application customers.

    Your responsibilities :

    You’ll be responsible for helping implement and execute client communication and incident management work across a range of external client communications, including communications / publications for products, operations, security, system maintenance, systems engineering, and incident communications.

    On the incident management side, you’ll be part of a team of client communication professionals who support our clients before, during and after an incident.

    To be successful in this role you will bring :

    The ideal candidate will have experience working in a client communications position in a Fintech or software development company, be able to help drive client communications and collaborate with colleagues across divisions and functional teams.

    To succeed in this position, you’ll also have strong problem management and client service skills and be detail oriented.

  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • BS / BA in Business Management, Communications, English, Psychology, Marketing or similar major.
  • Experience in a fast-paced technology environment
  • Experience with planning / scheduling communications teams
  • Incident / on-call experience
  • Familiarity, or willingness to learn Microsoft 360 solutions including, SharePoint and Teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proactive, action-oriented focus.
  • Collaborative mindset.
