A wonderful opportunity has just become available for a Learning Manager. The purpose of this role is to lead the delivery of ASB's learning vision and strategy to enhance organisational learning and capabilities, supporting growth and performance for the employees and the business.

What you will do

Here you will design and execute all aspects of learning programmes and talent development strategies for ASB (including needs analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of all learning and development programmes including our Leadership programmes).

You will ensure that learning outcomes are translated into business results and clear metrics as well as lead the assurance for the overall effectiveness of learning delivery across ASB.

You will be leading a team of learning designers and consultants to develop blended learning solutions that help to deliver ASB's bank-wide strategy, whilst also supporting other business divisions.

By bringing innovation and thought leadership in your area of expertise, you will ensure that efficient and effective learning delivery is available to employees when, where and however they wish to access it as well as advance the culture and capabilities of ASB.

About you

As someone passionate about creating and developing learning experiences, you'll already be well experienced working in a learning and development role within a large fast-paced organisation.

  • The following will also ensure your success;
  • Experience in designing, developing and implementing learning programmes, including leadership programmes, that can be delivered both in person and virtually
  • An active interest in digital learning design, gamification and learning technologies.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in learning evaluation and reporting, including ROI, Kirkpatrick, and other applicable models.
  • Knowledge of capability development frameworks, technical and compliance learning frameworks and adult learning principles
  • Passion for learning experience, human centred design, creative thinking and continuous improvement to realise opportunities
