  • This role is based at our Vodafone client site in Auckland
  • This role is Full Time position
  • The working hours are 40 hours per week from 7 : 00am to 4 : 00pm, Monday - Friday
  • About the Role

    To be successful in this role, you will display a positive "can-do" attitude and will be a highly reliable individual. You will be accurate with a keen eye for detail and you will have a good level of computer literacy.

    Effective communication skills will also be required.

    Main Duties

  • Mail Processing and Delivery
  • Reception duties
  • Booking couriers
  • Milk delivery
  • Dealing a working relationship with the client on site
  • Answering phone calls in a professional manner
  • Meeting room management
  • General administrative duties including data entry
  • Management of office consumables
  • Some moderate to heavy lifting may be involved
  • Ensure your site is compliant with Canon and client Health & Safety Standards
  • Key Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
  • A keen eye for details
  • A good level of computer literacy
  • Effective communication
  • Excellent team working and problem-solving skills
