We currently have multiple Part time opportunities available for motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives working 40 hours per fortnight in either our North Shore or Penrose Contact Centre.
Our Contact Centres are a crucial part of the services AA offers, orchestrating roadside assistance and peace of mind for New Zealand road users every day.
To get you started we provide three weeks of full-time paid training ; this involves class room learning, working alongside our friendly team, and getting outside to see what it takes to keep New Zealand moving.
Our next induction starts on the 24th of May 2021 and will be held at our Training Centre in Ellerslie.
This training period is Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 to 16 : 30 and will require a full commitment from you, no exceptions.
