What you will be doing :

Serves as primary point of contact for external clients and various departments to resolve outstanding issues, comply with customer requests, and respond to client inquiries

Provides support in analysis and resolution of client problems and inquiries

Assist the client with parameter definition and the implementation of parameter solutions

Coordinates with clients, relationship managers, and other appropriate areas to ensure clients are properly serviced, processes are properly executed, and all operational arrangements are in place to service assigned accounts.

Prepares monthly service level reporting

Interfaces with clients to determine present and future needs and discusses progress toward solutions

What you bring :

Previous experience in an application focused Client Services / Service Delivery role within the fintech / financial services industry

Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external customers

Knowledge of the processes, phases, and roles relevant to common development methodologies

Ability to demonstrate a high level of critical thinking to manage incidents in a timely way

Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner

Excellent problem-solving, team, and time management skills
