    About the role

    IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) is one of the core accountabilities owned by the Service Ownership practice. We are part way through a programme of work to uplift our ITSCM capability, and need someone to lead this through to completion.

    We have just kicked off a project to implement ServiceNow BCM as our ITSCM toolset, so time is of the essence!

    Note : This role is currently a fixed term contract to 30 June 2021, with the possibility of conversion to a full time role in the future.

    Flexible working - either ASB North Wharf, C-Drive Albany, and or, working from home. Initially 2 days at C-Drive Albany will be required.

    About you

    Our ideal candidate is someone with :

  • A solid background in ITSCM
  • Experience working within a large complex environment
  • A proven track record delivering significant process changes across large stakeholder groups
  • An understanding of the functionality available through market-leading ITSCM applications (e.g. ServiceNow BCM or MaestroRS)
  • The ability to confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Great ideas about how to engage people and get their buy-in (getting people to excited about the new process and tool will be half the battle)
  • Great communication skills
  • Working for ASB
