The role :
We are looking for a Stores Officer & Administrator who is well organised and accurate, to be considered for the role you must have previous working knowledge of Supply Chain practices, including managing stock imprests, inwards goods, dispatch and distribution of goods.
The ideal applicant would have worked in a health setting.
This role will also provide administrative support to the Team Leader and our stores team as and when required, Computer literacy (MS Office), confidence with an inventory / purchasing IT system and a current clean drivers' license are essential for this role.
The Team :
Our team is small, efficient and busy, and provides vital support for the hospital. Teamwork, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to foster relationships with stakeholders are key.
The hours :
This is a permanent full time role, working 80 hours a fortnight, Monday to Friday, actual hours by mutual agreement.
