How can you Unearth the Possibilities with Nufarm?We’re looking to engage a customer centric and proactive Customer Service Specialistto support our internal and external customers as part of our NZ team based in Otahuhu.
What will you be doing?Build strong, interpersonal relationships with both internal and external customers to ensure ongoing loyaltyEnsure that all communication with customers is professional, courteous and represents the values of NufarmRespond to and resolve all customer queries (telephone, email, etc) including order status, stock availability and delivery time frames in a timely and accurate mannerLiaise with and support the sales team with the administration of all customer accounts.
Administer all customer orders ensuring they are processed timely and accuratelyProcess credits and stock returns timely and accurately.
Foresee any potential issues and implement resolutions to avoid any impact to customers or the Nufarm brand.Liaise with supply and clearing agents to ensure shipments are delivered in a timely manner.
Actively promote products and assist with sales campaigns as required.Professionally and effectively investigate and resolve customer complaintsWhat do you bring?
You’re an excellent communicator with exceptional negotiation skills who brings prior experience within a customer service role, ideally within the FMCG industry.
You’re comfortable operating in an agile environment and you enjoy variety in a role. You’re well versed in CRM and you have strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
Most importantly, you’re positive, results driven, and you thrive off being empowered to own your own outcomes. You’re curious to learn about Agriculture and our varied customer network and you’re passionate about building strong working relationships.
