    Supply Chain Assistant & Administrator

    Our client is a premium brand within the beauty industry. Looking for a switched on, enthusiastic administrator to join their team.

    This role is an opportunity to grow your administrative skills whilst also getting exposure to the supply chain and logistics industry.

    Key Responsibilities :

    Working closely with the GM of production your role will be to :

  • Ensure smooth running of the supply chain side of the business through purchasing, distribution and inventory management activities
  • Responsibility for monitoring goods coming in and out, whilst also liaising with local and international freight companies
  • Work closely with customers, proactively responding to their needs and efficiently processing orders
  • Key Requirements :

  • High level of spoken and written English
  • Familiarity with Xero an advantage, but training will be given
  • Strong customer service skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
