About the role :

You will be an important link between Sales and Software Licensing, supporting the overall success of the PSG Team.

Duties will include supporting Account Managers with administration aspects of sales and licensing, such as preparing software quotes, processing software licensing orders, managing Datacom’s software licensing mailbox, answering licensing queries, providing various customer reports, tracking orders and reconciling customer licensing records.

You will ensure month-end processes are delivered on time to internal and external customers, and be responsible for the documentation and management of the EA licenses through Microsoft True Up.

Alongside these daily responsibilities you will keep up to date with training requirements, attend supplier seminars, customer meetings and, of course, ensure that the service provided to our customers is exemplary at all times!

About you :

We are looking for a proactive problem solver who enjoys being part of a collaborative, lively and diverse team. You will have a solid understanding of software licensing, having worked in this area before.

  • An understanding of IT and associated terminology is a real bonus too!
  • You’ll be dedicated to supporting your Software Licensing Team members whilst providing the best possible services to our customers.

    You value providing quality results, maintaining professionalism and forming strong relationships with our teams. You will have an eye for detail and enjoy looking for better ways of doing things.

    Certifications within the Software License suite will be advantageous.

    Desired Skills and Experience :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Essential to have high attention to details and organisational ability.
  • Knowledge of IT products and experience with Microsoft True-Up
  • Proven customer service focus.
  • A sound base of accounting and administrative skills
  • Demonstrated effective internal and external stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office- Excel and Word.
  • Ability to handle pressure and prioritise during the busy periods.
