You will be part of our Oracle team, working directly with our clients and taking part in internal training and knowledge sharing.

This team is part of our wider Consulting practice which delivers a wide range of services, covering many different technologies and industries this creates plenty of opportunities for learning and career development over time.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Gathering digital identity-related client requirements, defining improvements and preparing or reviewing the related technical documentation.
  • Design and implementation of architectural principles, standards and frameworks and building solutions and integrations using Oracle Identity and Access Manage Suite.
  • Participating in regular stand-ups meetings with onsite and remote consultants and / or clients, and providing leadership and guidance to a small team of functional and technical consultants.
  • Executing continuous improvement through a cycle of automation, deployment, upgrades, and enhancements to Oracle Access Management (IAM) / Identity Management (IDM).
  • Using tools and APIs to automate provisioning, DevOps, monitoring, backup / DR, provide security / compliance and manage overall costs.
  • You will be weeding out inefficiencies and streamlining processes.

  • Supporting business development (e.g. proposals) and practice development (e.g. training) activities with architectural and technical input.
  • Skills and Experience :

  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware Administration (WebLogic, SOA, OSB, OTD, OHS, 11G & 12C versions) and Identity and Access Management (OAM, OUD, OIM, OID & 12C version)
  • Experience in Linux / Unix Administration & Oracle Cloud & Exalogic
  • Experience in managed services and understating of ITIL and related ITSM processes and tools
  • Strong understanding of DevOps including products like Ansible, Jenkins and Cloudbees CI
  • Basic understanding of database knowledge, Java + Spring / Spring boot framework
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Must enjoy working in a team environment.
