  • Our Project Coordinators are assigned to a portfolio and work closely with the specific Project / Programme Managers to provide support and assistance within the Corporate Portfolio team managing administrative tasks including documentation, distribution, report collation and communication support.

    As a Project Coordinator, you’ll deliver high quality project and administration support services. Your high-calibre communication and administration skills will be vital to the success and achievements of multiple programme activities.

    Ideally you will bring :

  • Strong administration and governance support experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft software, EXCEL
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Flexible, adaptable and pragmatic attitude
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong partnership builder
  • Highly effective communication skills
  • Sound judgement, professionalism, and integrity
  • Ability to perform under pressure
