Te āhua o Te Tūrunga The nature of the position

This is a new exciting role which will provide support to the National Manager Apprenticeships to ensure learner and employer outcomes are maximised.

You will represent the Apprenticeship team with internal and external stakeholders with the focus being on learners and employers as well as own and drive key projects to continuously improve our processes in the Apprenticeship team.

  • Knowledge of the Apprenticeship suites of qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer facing educational / technical advisory role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Experience in managing and leading people
  • Experience in project management including communication rollout and stakeholder engagement
  • Proven successful strategic planning experience
  • Customer and solutions focused
  • Developed organisational, planning and continuous improvement
  • Well-established problem-solving skills
  • Highly developed influencing and negotiating skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across a wide range of audiences
  • Strong computer and data analysis / reporting skills
  • Strong business acumen
