The Role As a Lead Developer (Full Stack) within our Digital, Data & AI Team you will leverage your substantial technical acumen to lead specific development programs, providing development expertise across a range of languages and platforms.

Lead the technical implementation for multiple solutions at a time, ensuring they are implemented to a high standard using the latest industry standards and best practices.
Help grow the business by leading technical pre-sales for pitches and tenders, architecting, designing & estimating solutions.
Code review developers work, ensuring code adheres to best practices & SOLID principles as well as meeting coding, security and performance standards.
Work within a full Agile or Hybrid Agile environment. Work closely with PMs, product owners and other technical leads to prioritise and estimate the product backlog.
Be the technical point of escalation on complex and large projects. Motivate, mentor and train developers on the team, improving the quality of their work and optimizing their performance.
Implement and drive a DevOps model w / a continuous integration & continuous delivery approach for deployments. Set and drive the adoption of standards and best practices for the team.
Deliver projects consistently to a high quality, which are on time and on / under budget. Work with external vendors on behalf of clients.
The Person As the Lead Developer (Full Stack) you will be someone with leadership qualities who proactively seeks effective approaches to tasks and problems and sets a high professional standard for themselves and others.
You will have excellent communication skills and enterprise experience building and leading projects that consist of front and / or back-
end technologies. We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead with the following : An infectious, positive, can-
do attitude and driven to continually improve. 5+ years of experience as a senior .NET and front-end developer : SOLID principles Patterns e.
g. CQRS, Façade, Pub / Sub Cross-cutting concerns RESTful services OpenAPI Specification / Swagger 2+ years of experience with cloud service providers e.
g. Azure or AWS 2+ years of experience leading teams in an Agile Scrum / Kanban environment. Experience architecting various enterprise level and small-
scale bespoke web & mobile applications. Extensive experience in leading technical pre-sales (including tender responses and estimations).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Relevant tertiary qualifications and / or industry certification & experience.
Must-have tech & tools experience : .NET - C#, Web API, .NET Core 2+, Swashbuckle, xUnit Front-end design Bootstrap / Material, HTML, (S)CSS Front-
browser tests, UI regression, e2e & unit tests Source control management Familiar w / pull requests, merging, rebasing, branching & release management best practices Nice to have / familiar with : Serverless architecture e.
