As a Project Manager based in Auckland, you will take responsibility for delivery, coordination and execution of all projects for UltiGroup and the management of sub-contractors and technicians for each project.
This is a busy hands-on role with excellence variance, with a close-knit dedicated team who have a passion for seeing this family-owned business succeed.
What we are looking for : Proven knowledge of Project Management preferably from the construction industryAbility to manage multiple projects at the same timeExperience in leading a team on sites from start up to completionCommercial acumen and negotiation skillsAbility to manage project reporting, budgets, timelines and cost controls including project meeting reviewsCoordination of UltiGroup teams including sales, procurement and QSA high level of customer and Health & Safety focusIf you have previous Project Management experience, where you can keep your finger on the pulse at all levels, then this is the role for you.
