We now have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our product teams and make a valued contribution to the way in which we offer energy management to our customers.
We are after those who are as technically strong as they are in their communication and collaborative skills.Key responsibilities : Manage analysis and accurate description of complex and significant work using multiple concepts (value, context, change, need, solution, and stakeholders) to enable balanced decision-making that considers both immediate and long-term needs.
Facilitate breakdown of prioritised change into logical and achievable parts, and accurately describe work at the level of detail and context needed for the various stakeholders - from strategic objective or concept, to initiative / feature, to information needed for delivery.
Facilitate shared understanding of expected value and customer experience, factors constraining the delivery of expectations, and the impacts of potential changes on people, process, and technology.
Contribute to delivery success through provision of business analysis expertise while demonstrating a 'what else can I help with' attitude and assisting with improving delivery team processes.
About you : 4+ years' broad business analysis experience, in a complex commercial environment.Proven success in scoping and delivering business analysis in both traditional and Agile delivery environments.
Outstanding stakeholder management skills.Undergraduate qualification in business or similar.Business Analysis qualification / certification such as IIBA CBAP preferred.
Proven experience in coaching team members to improve analysis skills development.A collaborative, proactive and engaging style will be key in enabling you to work alongside the wider business and external parties.
Additionally, demonstrated influencing and stakeholder management skills, strength of character and a strong, credible track record of delivery and excellence in execution are essential.
