What's the job?

We are looking for a full-time Contract Administrator to join our Citycare Water team in Dunedin. In this role, you would be responsible for effectively, efficiently and proactively carrying out the administration required to support the three waters contract with Dunedin City Council.

This includes compiling information for the contract claims, accounts receivable, accounts payable, personnel processes such as timesheets and other general administration.

About you :

  • You will be enthusiastic with a can-do attitude, able to multi-task and comfortable working through a high volume of tasks that you can learn easily.
  • You communicate well both in writing and verbally.
  • You have strong IT and Microsoft Office skills, which are essential for this role.
  • You are flexible and able to work independently as well as being a true team player in an environment where you can thrive and learn.
  • You have previous administration and / or accounts experience, ideally in a contracting environment
  • You have a good eye for detail and are able to pick things up quickly
