    We are seeking an experienced and collaborative individual to join our rapidly growing business. The position is based at our Support Office in Auckland and will require collaboration across our marketing, digital and design teams.

    You will be someone who can :

  • Create media releases and other external communications
  • Respond to social media comments and notifications in a timely manner
  • Manage ongoing aspects of our website, updating content as required on a weekly basis
  • Write short bite stories for digital platforms
  • Refresh internal marketing documents - style guides, brand documents, communications
  • Edit and proof read brand assets on a regular basis
  • The role will report directly to our Group Manager, Marketing and Communications - however a high degree of autonomous operation is required.

    If you have :

  • A confident and articulate communication style
  • Strengths in managing external and internal relationships - including on a commercial scale
  • A relevant degree
  • 4+ years' experience in PR / Communications, Marketing Communications preferred
  • A solid understanding of media, and a passion for social media
  • Competence in media release materials
  • Be a fast learner and able to absorb our brand style and ethos
  • Ability in IT / Data systems such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • A track record of prioritisation, organisation, execution and delivery
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional proof reading skills
  • Love working in a talented creative team and not be shy to bring new ideas to team meetings
