The Institute of Fundamental Sciences is a multi-disciplinary research and teaching institute within the College of Sciences at Massey University in Palmerston North, New Zealand.
It is home to the Computer Science and Information Technology Group.
these students may either be enrolled in internal or distance mode study. Delivery of courses will be by a combination of lecture, electronic delivery, computer laboratory, and tutorial methodologies.
Additional duties will include outreach activities, organising student laboratory demonstrators, organising meetings and courses with secondary school teachers and students.
You will need to have a postgraduate university qualification in Computer Science or Information Technology with experience in teaching these subjects.
Appointment at Senior Tutor level will be granted only to an applicant demonstrating a significant record of relevant teaching experience as well as other evidence of success in this area (awards, grants, positions of authority).
