Working closely with the CFO, this role will be responsible for the development and delivery of the investor relations strategy and overall management of the company’s investor relations function.

You will also be tasked with maintaining the 5-year corporate financial planning process together with other financial modelling and corporate finance projects that arise.

Key Responsibilities :

Investor Relations

  • Responsibility for the development and delivery on investor relations strategy and for the management of the company’s investor relations function on a day-to-day basis.
  • Establish and implement a strategic IR plan and calendar of IR activities that aligns with regulatory requirements and corporate objectives.
  • Manage the regulatory reporting program including preparation of investor communications materials and platforms.
  • Manage the investor engagement and targeting program and relationships with investors and their advisors, record keeping, and monitoring of share register, consensus estimates and wider market perceptions.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs of IR activities and establish a feedback loop into IR strategy.
  • Provide conduit between investors, the broader market and senior management to ensure IR activities support the corporate strategy, and strategy and investor expectations.
  • Corporate Finance

  • Responsibility for maintaining the 5-year corporate financial planning process together with other financial modelling and corporate finance projects that arise.
  • You will also provide support on a range of corporate finance matters including investigative projects, queries, financial modelling and reporting, forecasting, business cases, product reporting and optimisation.
  • Develop and maintain 5-year financial planning model.
  • Key Skills and Requirements :

  • Appropriate Tertiary qualification
  • Excellent communication and process management skills
  • Excellence in the management and delivery of professional presentations and documents
  • Excellent problem solving and investigation skills
  • Strong financial modelling and the ability to interpret and present complex data
  • Excellent analysis, business case preparation and due diligence skills
  • Ability to manage many stakeholders often with competing priorities
