The role :
Reporting into a Business Advisory Manager, your role will centre around supporting and working closely with your respective Finance Business Partner to drive key pieces of work interpreting data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and building reports to help business decision-making.
We have x2 roles up for grabs. One will work in our logistics space, whilst the other will primarily support our Property and Retail Design space.
We need individuals whom are happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into the doing. The role will also see you work closely and influence leaders, offering commercial advice which may involve a variety of strategic, operational, people, commercial or financial elements.
Advice will derive from high quality analysis of problems (this is where we will rely on your Excel expertise), discovering options for solutions, deciding between choices and understanding broader strategic alignment and trade off issues.
As the nature of our new TWG agile approach continues to evolve, open-mindedness and resilience in the face of change will be key to our success.
Most roles will no longer be rigid, in either their titles or their descriptions, so we need people who are up for a challenge and committed to helping Kiwis live better, every day.
We offer a dynamic, supportive team environment within a business that cares about and recognises individuals. When you join us, you also get discounts across most of our brands, great team member benefits, and excellent career development opportunities no matter where you are in the business!
