Across New Zealand, we work with schools and industry to deliver high-quality, relevant training and qualifications that open the door to careers in exciting sectors like agriculture, horticulture and seafood.
Through our programmes, students are able to gain foundation knowledge and transferrable skills and experience.
The Manager School Pathways and Partnerships drives our work with schools and industry across New Zealand with a heavy focus on quality relationship management and customer service.
With a team of advisors dispersed across the country, you will be an experienced people leader that can motivate and uplift team performance within a culture of continuous improvement.
Driving outcomes and growth will be second nature to you.
You will bring strategic and intellectual leadership together with a strong track record of programme management. The successful applicant will be a self-
starter, known for your ability to take initiative, and build trust and influence with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Key to your success will be your expert knowledge and understanding of vocational pathways initiatives in New Zealand as well as experience in delivering solutions for Māori and Pasifika students.
