Te āhuatunga a te tūranga / About the RoleThis role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive Team Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with interesting and varied work.

In this position, you will provide broad administrative support to the Manager Operations Support, Regional Service Delivery, Courts & Tribunals and the wider Operations Support team.

The work includes but is not limited to, monitoring the teams generic inbox, updating online information, arranging meetings, booking travel and accommodation and maintaining diaries.

  • A high degree of computer literacy, including an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft suite of software
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management and planning skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; and

    The Regional Service Delivery Group supports the function of the District Court, five Specialist courts and 28 Tribunals and Authorities across New Zealand.

    We comprise nearly two thirds of the Ministry of Justice and we support over 600 Judicial Officers.The Operations Support team is a multi-disciplinary team that brings together the best of :
