We have a full time permanent customer service sales consultant role at our Lower hutt branch This retail outlet and distribution center is full of opportunities and you will be involved with the set up and learning our end to end operation As this is a fairly new branch it is a very small team and your role to lead various tasks while boosting sales is key You will take on the challenge of building this stores performance with great customer care and shopping experience so customer service and sales experience a must Get rewarded for your sales and customer service skills Pay package includes base plus commission This position focuses on all aspects of Front line assistance Sales through multiple channels Managing customer queries Managing Escalations Answering phone calls Administering emails General maintenance of the showroom Daily AdministrationWe are looking for a person with proven reliability and the right attitude and will have Proven experience in customer service Sales driven experience a high degree of accuracy and detail Computer and administrative skills Excellent communication skills Common sense and initiative The ability to work under pressure and organize your workload to meet deadlines The ability to multitask in a busy and sometimes demanding environment A positive can do attitude and adaptable approach keeping the showroom well stocked and tidy as well as various administrative duties We operate 7 days a week and must be available to work on weekends If you believe customer services and sales is your forte and want a challenge while working for a small friendly team Apply with your CV and cover letter Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
