The transformation spans the core functional areas of the business and requires major changes to technology solutions, ways of working and the culture of the organisation.

Alliance Group are growing their planning capability and we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a . We are looking for an individual with either production planning experience or advanced analytical skills.

This position will be based in our centrally located Christchurch office.

About You

You will either bring with you either 3-5 years’ Master Production Scheduling experience or advanced analytical and BI capabilities with a desire to develop career in planning role and / or a background in the use of planning and optimisation solutions.

A high level of accuracy, ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines are essential to deliver successful outcomes.

  • You will be working with a wide range of key stakeholders, including our processing, sales, livestock and wider planning teams, so an enthusiastic attitude, relationship building abilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be valuable
  • A tertiary degree or supply chain qualifications such as CPIM are advantageous but strong analytical and system skills, including advanced knowledge of Excel will be required.
