Do you need experience? Yes, this is a key role that includes training and menu development, so you'll need expertise in a multi kitchen environment and understanding of the hotel industry.
Prior experince of up to 3 years and a qualification of at least level 4 would be adventageous. It's important you are flexible for shifts that include weekends and love dazzling with your creativity.
This is a full time role with staff accomodation is avaliable if needed.
