The role involves getting out and about, visiting people’s homes, servicing their ventilation and air-conditioning units and then having an opportunity to earn some additional income by upselling to their needs.
Do all this, while providing a fabulous customer experience.
While you have a great amount of autonomy, you will be working closely with the wider team. Your appointments are booked for you by the call centre team (no cold calling), and you are responsible for visiting customers in their home, completing servicing requirements.
You then have the opportunity to sell the whole range of HRV products to improve the customers home environment.
There is a need to be able to work within confined spaces as the ventilation system is accessed in roof cavities and under houses.
