We are looking for a customer focused Services Solution Specialist whose IT & Installation knowledge is second to none. No day is ever the same.
When in one of our stores you will be responsible for the setup of technology, connecting of customers to service providers such as Vodafone as well as training and educating our customers on ways to make the most of their tech! On days that you are helping on the road you could be deploying WiFi solutions or Television installations for customers.
You will be required to work Sunday - Thursday
2+ years experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role
Full, Clean NZ Drivers License
Display a high standard of driving ability and courtesy
Excellent Communication Skills
Positive, can-do attitude
Capable of undertaking heavy lifting, climbing ladders and being on your feet for long periods of time
Experience in setting up Wi-fi solutions including mesh networks
Experience in setting up technology such as TV’s, audio and PCs
Deliver an excellent standard of customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring a positive and professional attitude to work
Understand the value of creating memorable and meaningful experiences for our customers
Proactively interact with the customer to identify the appropriate products to meet their needs
Follow all customer service policies, including appropriate and efficient escalation of
Enquiries and / or complaints
Possess in-depth knowledge of the product catalogue in specialist area, offering advice to customers where necessary
Run exciting promotions to engage customers
Demonstrate you are a team player by communicating effectively with others and supporting in any other duties instructed by your leader
Ensure processes are followed explicitly and company guidelines are upheld at all stages of the customer experience
Maintain work area to an excellent standard, ensuring it is presentable and functional
