    MSD is the lead agency for the social sector.

    We are looking for an experienced, energetic Project Coordinator to support one of our key Portfolios working directly with the Portfolio Manager.

    As an experienced Project Coordinator, you’ll deliver high quality project and administration support services, including secretariat support for a range of activities.

    Your high-calibre communication and administration skills will be vital to the success and achievements of multiple project activities.

    Project Coordinators’ roles are crucial the organisations success because they ensure projects run smoothly by controlling workflow, scheduling assignments, evaluating the course of the project and reporting its status to the management and stakeholders.

  • Ideally you will bring;
  • Experience working in a Project Delivery environment, utilising Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in working in a multi-project and / or Programme Management Office (PMO) environment.
  • Experience of working in an environment that requires a high level of discretion, sensitivity, and interpersonal interaction.
  • Experienced in secretariat duties including paper preparation and minute taking.
  • Able to prioritise, schedule work to meet deadlines and maintain the quality of services delivered.
  • Advanced communication skills (both oral and written format) appropriate to the target audience.
  • Able to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels both within the Ministry and with outside agencies and clients.
  • Able to work in a team environment, demonstrate initiative, adapt and cope with continuing change.
  • Intermediate to Advanced level in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project).

    The salary range for this position is $60k - $75k depending on skills and experience.
