Operational and administrative support of internal security infrastructure devices. Which include (but not limited to) Firewalls, Load Balancers, DNS, Web Proxies.

Proactive in continuous improvements
Great communication skills is a necessity as you will be dealing with Enterprise and Government customers.
Ability to manage workload & operational responsibilities is essential.
Ability to work well in a team, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Available to work within the operational hours of 7am-7pm, Monday-Friday and as requested after hours.
Provide, on a regular basis, after-hours (including public and other holidays) on-call internal security infrastructure and customer managed devices.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
4+ years experience in a networking and security role within an MSSP
3+ years experience with Fortigate, Check Point and Cisco Firewalls
5+ years IT&T industry experience in Operations or design / development processes and environments.
Basic to advanced knowledge of F5 Load balancers including implementation and troubleshooting of all or some of these technologies : F5 (LTM, DNS, APM & ASM).
2+ years experience in IPS / IDS
Experience with Websense, Bluecoat Proxy, CWS / WSA, and McAfee Proxy products will be a plus.
Basic to expert experience in Implementation and troubleshooting issues with load balancing, GSLB, Content Switching, Access Policies, NetScaler Gateway, Application Firewall, Rewrite, Responder, SSL Offloading, Compression, Caching.
2+ years Cisco based routing and switching
2+ years operational experience of F5 LTM
2+ years Unix operational experience
1+ years experience with Cisco VSG
Advanced experience using debugging tools such as HttpWatch, Live HTTP headers, Fiddler, Firebug, understanding of HTTP protocol.
Must be comfortable with network protocol analysers & monitoring tools including Wireshark (tcpdumps), Nagios cacti etc.
Advantageous to have support experience in technologies like web proxies, email, DNS & NTP
CERTIFICATION (At least 2 of the below).
NSE4, CCNA Security, CCSA, F5 101, 201.
