Pros & Cons

Flexible, nice people, lots of time for training

Always busy and work is constantly changing

Networking and meeting new people

Great support, network and online presence. Although working online most of the time, you never feel alone and there is always a point of contact.

DXC accommodates for the learning journey upon joining and so there is lots to learn and very good adjustment into the company from uni study.

Work from home so not as much social connection

The training modules from DXC university are a bit tedious

There may be some time zone differences with your Australian colleagues so generally afternoons are more busy.
