  • Broadspectrum have an opportunity for an Administrator to join their Finance & Admin team based in Kaikohe

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    This role reports to the Finance and Business Support Manager and provides a wide range of financial and administrative support to Alliance Managers, on-

    site personnel, client stakeholders and suppliers with a focus on complex tasks. The ability to work collaboratively is essential whilst delivering outstanding service and results.

    Majority of your work will be payroll but you will have other responsibilities including purchasing, accounts payable, and general office and admin duties.

    This is an exciting opportunity to work for a large, dynamic organization.

    This is a part time opportunity preferably working Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, 8 hours per day (24 hour week).

    ABOUT YOU

    To be successful in this role you will need to have relevant experience preferably within a similar industry.

    You will need to be able to work effectively and collaboratively with both external and internal stakeholders.

    You will also need to have sound IT skills and proven experience in Time Entry management (Payroll), Purchasing, Costing, Billing, and Operational Administration.

    Advanced excel skills preferred as well as excellent keyboard skills.

    We are after someone who is motivated, achievement-orientated, well-disciplined, task-focused with a strong sense of timelines.
